Ooops – you just drove past the mile marker you’ve been looking for, and all you see on the road ahead is narrow, one-lane bridges – there’s no where to turn around in sight. The best thing to do is be patient, after all, the Road to Hana is about the journey. No matter which waterfall or lookout you just missed, there will be another, equally beautiful one a couple of miles up the Hana Highway. If you drove past something you consider a “must-see”, you can either wait for a pull-out and turn around, or plan to see it on the way back.
