You have to park several yards past the falls to avoid blocking the road, so drive past the bridge and park on the left-hand side of the road. Then walk back down the hill, and take the path on the right side of the road where the bridge ends. You will be climbing under the bridge, and although the beginning of the path is a little tricky, it does smooth out near the end and the 70 foot falls awaiting you are well worth the walk.
