Did you know that the mile markers on the Road to Hana start over about 9.5 miles outsid of Paia? That’s where highway 36 officially ends, and county road 360 ends. When county road 360 begins, the mile markers start over at zero. Since mile markers are the best way to navigate the Road to Hana, be sure to pay attention to the transition – it takes place near the Millenium Legacy Trail Monument.
