Ho’okipa Beach.

A favorite with surfers and windsurfers, this is a family friendly beach. An inner sandstone ledge breaks the intensity of the waves and allows toddlers to play safely in shallow pools. There is also a circular pool gouged out of the ledge and a swimming area at the east end of the beach for older children. Fishermen tend to use the rocky areas by the cliffs.
