Honomanu Bay is one of the most pictaresque spots on the Road to Hana, and if you’re interested in getting down to the beach there is a road, however, the road may require four-wheel drive – well beyond the capabilities of most rental cars. Unless you have a special interest in historic Honomanu, we suggest you
skip the trip down to the beach and pull over at the fourth lookout instead. It has some of the best views of the entire Road to Hana.
