Hawaii is the only state in the USA that is able to commercially grow coffee. Maui coffee grows on the moist foothills of Mauna Kahalawai—which is the proper name for the “West Maui Mountains.” The coffee is harvested  normally in the fall months extending into January  and once  processed  finds its way to various coffee roasters.
