Today’s Hana weather is predicted to range from mostly clear to partly cloudy, with a high of 81 degrees and a low of only 78. It looks like a great day to cool off in the Seven Sacred Pools, also known as Oheo Gulch. Oheo Gulch is located 9.1 miles past the town of Hana at mile marker 42. It was renamed the Seven Sacred Pools in 1947 in an attempt to attract visitors. The name change worked! Oheo Gulch has become a favorite stop on the Road to Hana to swim and play. There is a parking lot and picnic area as well, so be sure to look for it. Always be cautious when swimming at Oheo Gulch after heavy rains, however only light precipitation is predicted so it should be an ideal day to check out the pools!
