  • Go Slowly and Take Your Time

It's all about the Journey when it comes to this drive. Make sure you stop along the way to check out the waterfalls, tropical flowers and the amazing views of the coast. Its breathtaking.
  • GET THE 411:

It's always a good idea to ask about the drive before you head out. Every morning Hana Picnic Lunch Company checks weather, roads, and events on the road to Hana. Stop on by(we open at 7am) to get the latest info
  • Grab A Box Lunch

While there is banana bread and a few fruit stands along the way, there are no restaurants until Hana, so it's a good idea to grab a box lunch. Pa'ia is your best place to stop and, again Hana Picnic Lunch Company has you covered - great smoothies, too!
  • Bring A Tour Guide Along With You

If you're taking a guiding tour with a company like Valley Isle Excursions, your tour guide will make sure you don't miss a thing. But if you're driving yourself, be sure to grab a Hana CD Tour, pop it in your car stereo, and you won't miss a single water or important stop along the road.
